That’s why he recommands:

• if you are a woman try a big highly alcoolic Cabernet from South America or Australia
• if you are a man try a nice delicate Pinot Gris from Alsace (France) or a Pinot Grigio

• Corks have been used in wine making, wine packaging for hundreds of year. Corks are natural but are not always an indication of quality
• Screw tops were made to protect the wine and are easier to open.

The majority of the wines produced today are for early consumption so screw tops are perfectly fine for them.
