Video Sum up: Corks VS Screw tops / Screw caps
There are no real difference between corks and screw tops.
- Corks have been used in wine making, wine packaging for hundreds of year. Corks are natural but are not always an indication of quality
- Screw tops were made to protect the wine and are easier to open.
The majority of the wines produced today are for early consumption so screw tops are perfectly fine for them.
